hi everyone

it's been a while, and of course WE NEVER WERE DEAD! hahaha. I must admit that we are kind of short from staff but in some way we are continue managing this. After so long and felt like an eternity we are very happy to bring to chapter from  SEITO KAICHOU hahaha. With this (that are actually some extras chapter) we end v04 and start a new volume.

I want to thanks our new Translator from this project Sarah, also thanks to Aliciaclampfanatica. Many of you already knows that her raws came from her own group (spanish scanlation) So in any case we want to apologize if in any sentence or word were any misunderstanding since we are doing a re-translation.

Well in another note we are going to try to maintain our monthly release, like always any TRANSLATOR INTERESTING IN HELP are always welcome. Also to the fans we really want to say: THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT in every comment.
